Exyte has won three AI-driven data centre projects near Frankfurt, worth around €750m and roughly 80MW between them. All three run in parallel through to 2028, and several of the builds sit inside facilities that are already operating.
What it means for hiring
Three parallel programmes in one region means three site teams competing for the same pool of German-speaking M&E and commissioning people at the same time. Work inside running facilities narrows that pool further: live-environment experience is one of the scarcest skills in the sector.
