Who we are
DC Build Recruitment is a trading name of Recruiit Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 11734321). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: alex@dcbuildnetwork.com.
What we collect
- Candidates: your name, contact details, CV and work history, the countries you'll work in, your rotation preferences and availability, notes from our conversations, and your package expectations.
- Clients and contacts: your name, work contact details, role and company, and our correspondence.
- Newsletter subscribers: your name and email address.
We don't ask for health information or anything that could be special category data. If you tell us about personal circumstances that affect a move, we record only what's needed to find you the right role.
Why, and on what basis
- Finding and matching you to roles: our legitimate interests in running a recruitment service, and yours in hearing about relevant work.
- Sending your details to a client: only with your agreement, each time.
- The newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
- Call recordings: we may record calls for our notes. We'll tell you at the start of the call.
Who we share it with
Hiring companies you've agreed we can introduce you to, and the service providers that host our systems. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as it’s useful for finding you the right role, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO; in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
